Provide comprehensive nursing care for a caseload of approximately 4–6 patients per shift.
Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and complete timely and accurate documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals—including social workers, care coordinators, physical and occupational therapists, laboratory staff, respiratory therapists, and imaging personnel—to support optimal patient outcomes.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (college or university).
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required within two years of hire.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Active RN license in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
