Administer scheduled and PRN medications; perform treatments; monitor residents; complete wound care; coordinate with CNAs; communicate with providers and families; document changes; assist admissions/transfers/discharges; respond to falls and emergencies; follow infection-control procedures.
Preferred: SNF/LTC experience, wound-care skills and familiarity with electronic medication administration records.
