Job description: The RN provides professional nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
Key responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments; develop and update care plans; administer medications, IV therapies and treatments; monitor clinical status and identify deterioration; coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; educate patients and families; perform wound and other skilled nursing care; maintain accurate EHR documentation; follow infection-control and patient-safety requirements.
Typical requirements: Active RN license; BLS; ADN/BSN; specialty certifications as applicable.
