Job Description

  • The Medical Assistants will work alongside the NPs and DNPs, and behind the scenes to support the medical care.
  • You will perform a wide range of tasks like taking patient medical history, vital signs and updating medical records. 
  • Assist with Spravato treatments
    • Taking and recording vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration)
    • Preparing patients for examinations
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Answering phones and managing communications
    • Updating and filing medical records
    • Greeting and checking in patients


    Skills Required
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of medical terminology
    • Ability to perform basic clinical procedures
    • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
    • Detail-oriented with organizational skills
    • Compassion and patient-care focus

    Typically requires completion of a Medical Assisting program (certificate, diploma, or associate degree)
    • Certification (optional but preferred):
    • CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) – AAMA
    • RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) – AMT
    • CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant) – NHA
