As a valued member of our interdisciplinary care team, the CNA plays a key role in providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in alignment with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. In this role, you will deliver direct, hands-on patient care—including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other daily living support—as directed by nursing staff. High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
Active registration/licensure in the applicable state, maintained in good standing throughout employment.
One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification required at hire or obtained during orientation and kept current during employment.
Ability to make sound, independent decisions when situations require.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and maintains a positive, patient-centered attitude.
Communicates effectively and works productively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Maintains professional working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and all members of the care team.
