Job Description

  • Review and follow each resident’s service plan, providing care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs, pendant calls, and other community alerts.
  • Demonstrate empathy, build positive rapport with residents, and encourage independence and self-care.
  • Deliver care and services according to the individualized service plans for all assigned residents.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of all care provided.
  • Complete incident reports accurately and promptly. Adhere to safety and infection-control policies, using proper practices to prevent the spread of communicable illnesses. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, including assisting housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
  • Identify, address, and report any concerns within the resident’s environment to support their safety and comfort.
Qualifications
  • Qualified applicants would be Certified Assisted Living Caregivers for Arizona . Non-certified applicants are welcome to apply, schedule and wage scale would be adjusted accordingly.
  • 1 year prior experience with medications.
  • Proven experience as a personal care assistant
  • Committed to health & safety

  • A positive and compassionate attitude
  • Physical stamina
  • CPR certified, fingerprint card
